As a community-funded nonprofit, our role is to provide honest information, free pregnancy health services, and compassionate care.
**We do not profit from your decision.**
We're here with ongoing support and community connections whenever you need us.
- Do you offer or refer for abortion pills?
**We are independent by design**, and don’t profit from your next step or steer you toward a provider.
Because of that, **we do not provide or refer for abortions, prescribe medication, provide birth control, IUDs, or provide preventative women's exams.** These services are not within our center's scope.

- Why get an ultrasound before an abortion?
Before an abortion, an ultrasound can answer three important questions:
- **How far along am I?**
Gestational age can affect your options and what to expect.
- **Is the pregnancy progressing?**
An ultrasound can help determine whether the pregnancy is developing as expected.
- **Is the pregnancy in the right location?**
An ultrasound can help identify an ectopic pregnancy, which requires different medical care and cannot be treated with abortion pills.
- Why should I come here before my abortion appointment?
You'll be able to:
- **Get essential confirmation services for free.** We provide quick testing and ultrasounds at no cost.
